INVESTMENT ADVISORY TO A LUXURY FOOD COMPANY

HA supported a company in the luxury food sector based in Italy find a strategic investor with the objective of accelerating the company’s growth internationally.

During the process, a series of potential investors were identified and proposed to the brand.

After four months since the initial request, a suitable investor was selected and the operation was concluded securing the brand the capital needed in order to further develop while remaining as the majority shareholder.

RETAIL DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY FOR A LUXURY ACCESSORIES BRAND

With the objective of enlarging the brand’s distribution network in Asia, HA worked with an Italian luxury accessories brand in order to implement a distribution strategy in China. 

Based on our know-how of the international distribution network and close relationships with key local partners, HA supported the brand in establishing a partnership with a renown Chinese retailer for the opening of mono-brand stores.

In less than 14 months the brand opened through the local partner five stores in key major cities in China.

An international hospitality group was interested in partnering with key real estate companies in order to expand internationally and develop new hospitality concepts.

HA outlined a development strategy internationally and provided access to key players in several markets in order to establish new business opportunities.

Moreover, the group enlarged their portfolio by adopting new brands to their hospitality offering.

HA advised a group of private investors for the launch of an e-commerce multi-brand platform of niche skincare products.

In less than six month a proposal was made in terms of brand mix providing contacts with key stakeholders internationally.

The e-commerce platform was launched out of London achieving great success during the first six month since the launch.
